At Bestimating LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, customized estimating services to our clients in the residential, commercial, and industrial construction sectors. As a service-based business, our work is tailored to each project and client, and this policy outlines our approach to cancellations, revisions, and refunds.
1. Service-Based Nature of Deliverables
All services provided by Bestimating LLC—including cost estimates, material takeoffs, scheduling, and budget planning—are custom-created based on each client’s specific project requirements. As such, once work has commenced, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
2. Satisfaction and Quality Commitment
We strive to ensure complete accuracy and client satisfaction. If you believe there is a mistake in the estimate provided, please notify us within five (5) business days of delivery. If the issue is determined to be due to an error on our part, we will revise and correct it at no additional cost.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Situations where a refund may be considered include:
Cancellation of a project before any work has begun
Non-performance or failure to deliver the agreed-upon services

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
Work has already commenced or been delivered
Client changes their mind after the order is placed
Revisions are requested outside the original project scope
Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client

Reasonable revisions are included, provided they fall within the original scope of work. Significant changes, additions, or alterations to the initial project scope may be treated as a new order and billed accordingly.
